I just get the feeling that i could take a stainless steel tip and get it powder coated for a good bit less. I would never consider spending as much on a tip as I would on a programmer but thats just me.

Hahaha yeah it's pricy but they're probably assuming that it's so different from everything else out there it needs a higher price. Which is kind of true. What do you guys think the price should be?

Well even if he is then what are roundabout prices that we would be willing to go for? I mean I personally would never spend more than $100 but thats not saying people wouldn't. There are a lot of things outside of my price range out there.

FedEx delivered new tires for my truck. 265/70R17 Kumho Road Venture AT KL78's. Pleased with tread design, but these wont go on my truck until summer or so, I want to wear off the Generals first, but the price was hard to pass up!

Haha no I just don't want to feel like I got ripped off. I ws thinking about ordering one for my wife's Chevy but she doesn't know how much I spent on mine! I didn't think abt powder coating it. Probably be way easier. I'll probably try that out for hers.

The only thing it wont have is the emblem and trademarking. Im thinking you could even tape of the same angle if you wanted to give it a little bit of flair.

Some decent tips you could get powder coated for a decent price I find are the rolled double wall stainless tips. http://www.summitracing.com/search/d...ge-double-wall
