Browsing around and found my old truck for sale. Its a 2001 dosge ram 1500 sport it was having front end issues so i sold it off. Now when i had it it was cherry red with matching fender flares a mock hemi hood tint all around crager soft 8s 285 75 16 tires dual flowmaster 44 series exhaust and a few other things. Anyway the guy bought it from the dealer i sold it to. I originally paid $5500 for it with 102k. He bought it from the dealer for $6800 with 106k (i didnt own it long) anyway he has put on the cheesy chrome rocker panels removed the color matching flares and put on black ones and put on musflaps and nerd bars. Now heres he part that ticks me. He takes cresit for all the mods i did and claims he has $10,000 worth of work into it and is selling it for no less than $7,000. I sent him an email asking for more pics just to see if he did anymore to it but it kinda ticks me he is trying to take credit for things i did and saying he has 10k into it when i did most of those things. Anyway he wants 7k for it with a 113k. I dont think he will get that but who knows. Only thing he didnt rake credit for was the new trans with shift kit bevause i didnt give that reciept to the dealer.

He paid 6,800 for the piece of crap, Let him take credit for it! Doesn't change that you made out good on the deal and are driving a real truck now!

I thought so. All my buddies called it the firetruck because of the red theme. I know its no longer mine and the owners free to do as they please with it but i xant wrap my hewd around why youd get rid of painted to match flares for black ones and the rims are just aweful but thats just my opinion. My ford gets a lot better mpg when i had that one i was getting 10.3mpg highway

True that i lobed the truck and took vare of it but when she started drinking coolant and had front end issues and getting 10.3mpg it was time to move on. Plus the two rear little doors were futted of their mechanics by the owner previous to me so they did not open.

I thought it had a nice clean sport look. He made it look like a stock work-truck package with the old-man add-on special.
