EDIT - Nevermind, I went back a few more pages. Should be straight forward on the install.
you can repair the locks. another member here on the forum had the same situation with his truck, the PO had someone try breaking into the truck and the locks got punched in.

I believe it was blupupher if I spelled it right lol.

I was looking at that today thinking how nice a low profile black box would would camouflage the keypad.

yup, it was me. The cylinders were still in the door. Drivers side was able to be repaired with some rigging (used a glue gun and hose clamp to keep it in place, still working 2 years later). Pass side cylinder was unusable, but I also got it back in place just to not have a hole there.

Mine are jacked pretty bad. I doubt they're salvageable.

So I found a job that I am not going to pursue lol. My driver side door and fender have always been really close together, but they started rubbing on each other not too long ago so I decided to re-align something.

The door has an equal gap top and bottom and is about the same as the gap on the passenger side so I assumed it was the fender. For the bolt at the top closest to the cab I didn't have a long enough 8mm wrench, so I had to make one. I loosened all the bolts, attempted to move it forward and tighten it, but it didn't help. I even had my brother pushing it forward while I tightened all the bolts and that didn't help.

4 hours later I opted to put some tape around a pry bar, and put it between the door and fender to pry it out. Of course the gap was too small, so I opened the door, put the pry bar in and slammed the door. Now the gap was at the bottom, so I grabbed another pry bar to do the same thing, and now I have a reasonable gap lol. I have a couple more paint chips, but that's what the touch up paint is for.

While doing this, I noticed something odd. both of my fenders go past the headlights at the top, is this normal? I can get some pictures if that doesn't make sense.

Dam, there are others out there like me. (use wood shims, they don't chip the paint)

It's kinda difficult to tell, this is on the passenger side:

The fender and hood match up perfectly so either both fenders and the hood are pushed forward, the grill is pushed back, or that's how it is.

Can you believe that in a house with 3 carpenters, we don't have any wood shims? We have plastic shims lol. The door and fenders are pretty beat up on the edges so I wasn't too worried about it.
