Alternator died between job sites. That was nice. Took the rest of the day off and called a buddy who works at the jyard. Got a free alternator they just pulled off a truck and happens to be a reman. Test and works great. Ordering a rebuild kit and giving the old one some new life not knowing how old this one is so I have a back up.

I got a key. (and hand crank windows)
Mounted some Hella 500FF behind the grille.
I am sure there has been a write up of this done before but what I had to do to secure the lights and make them vibration resistant I went to the hardware store and picked up some spacers, and longer bolts. The fiberglass bar that runs across the radiator has a gap on the backside, so I just cut the spacers to fit inside the gap, and with the longer bolts I was able to mount the lights securely were they have no movement. As for the drilling I made my initial first hole on the top, even with a long drill bit or extension I found it hard to make the second hole even with the first due to the angle, so I took the drill and drilled from the bottom up. It took roughly about an hour after tinkering with it, but they look good!
