I thought my truck was going to burn to the ground today when I turned on my turn signal and seen smoke start to rise out from the column, lol.

Anyway, I did the Expedition brake swap, does anyone know if I could go down to a 16" rim with these brakes? Stock F-150 rims are easy to find but they are all 16".
Lol that's a bit of a silly question. Of course they fit with 16" wheels. There were expys with 16" wheels.

Well I wish I would have read some posts before I left lol. There was a nice set of 16's for 300 bucks. Oh well, I got the one time only deal of a life time on the tires I got. The price was free, just 20 bucks in gas lol.

Came with the nice chrome center caps and stock lug nuts. They are 265/70/17's.

That is exactly why I went with the 285/75r17 even though I really wanted 35s. Your mileage is bad enough to justify a thousand dollars over the life of the tires?

Motors clean for a 1999 model. And to be a bad motor.

From near as I can tell it's a bad turn signal switch. That seems to be the common things with these symptoms when I put them into google.

My old 99 1T did that while still under warranty. Ford replaced the entire selector

I mean, I know I spend more time reducing vs accumulating. Everything is larger, but looks smaller currently...can't figure that out. There's even an extra building, sort of a little guest house in back. Screw the guests, plenty of room for tents. Yea, that's going to be workshop.

Man that was not good. Glad it did not cause the truck to burn. Wondering what models and years this was an issue on?
