Ah okay. I'm guessing they added that in 99 when they changed the inside door layouts and moved the door handle and the speaker locations, cause my truck doesn't have one. And it looks like you either drilled out where the bolt goes or its broken? Lol.

My 03 doesn't either, I think that was his "custom" comment. Interesting how he's done that

No the custom comment was because the plastic tab connected to the door panel broke. That's what that little white piece is towards the end.

All 4 of my door have them and they're held in with rivet nuts. They look stock.

Huh haven't seen it before. My 03 fx4 doesn't have them neither does my buddies 99 4x4... Maybe it's a screw cab thing. Me and my buddies both have scabs

It is a Super Crew thing, my doors have them too (I actually don't recall if my back doors had them, but my fronts do)

Can confirm my screw has them atleast on the front the doors. Also cant recall if backs do or not.

Makes sense to me, because the front doors are the same as expy doors. So scabs and regs wouldn't be the same.

Well I think I'm going to go down to 33" tires because the 35's are just too heavy and I need better than 3.55 gears lol. I'd still be keeping my current set of tires incase maybe something happens and I get the new gears, or I just feel like wasting the extra gas lol.

Anyway, I did the Expedition brake swap, does anyone know if I could go down to a 16" rim with these brakes? Stock F-150 rims are easy to find but they are all 16".

Are they stock size expy brakes? If so they certainly should, some expys have 16" wheels....

Took a few more items off the front to get ready to pull the motor. Along with took off the drivers side front wheel well cover. Trucks here don't rust but man the red clay makes a mess of everything.

Motors clean for a 1999 model. And to be a bad motor.
