Took off the nerf bars (and brackets, ik the pic has them in).

The Trimmining.

Less than 5 minutes.
Rough cut with Dewalt Hand blade saw w/ multi-cut blade.
Trim & cleaning cuts with a compact EDC utility knife

It's the half an inch or so of material on the bumpers lower valance that comes into contact with the 35" tire.

No rub on the inner fender at full lock? It's gotta be close huh? I had to trim the same amount when I did my 33s

I think at full lock and under compression it does kiss the inner fender but not in a way that would hurt anything or any noise.

Took off plasti dip, applied Bed Armor. Applied Logos. Used heat gun and remarkable tolerance for pain.

Result?

Pure Awesomeness.
