I felt that it took forever when I did mine, I think it's cause it's so cramped working in the space for the rear bench seat. Cause it's pretty cramped and uncomfortable. And the sad thing for me is that I resealed mine and now it's sealed properly but now the cracks in the plastic frame that the glass is in is leaking water past, I tried sealing them on the inside but it didn't work so I have to buy a new rear slider and do this mess all over again.

Is that due to you wanting to replace more worn parts or because they failed you again for different stuff?

The first ball joint press broke trying to press it out so I went to a hammer but My first hammer wasn't big enough and I it peened over the sides. After a trip to Home Depot for a small sledge and chisel I was able to beat it through.

I just got back from the auto parts store to replace the first press and rent an additional "4wd adapter kit".

This must be the longest day in history. Now I remember why I stopped building cars.

That's a Moog ball joint btw.
