The borla I had only cost around $65. I can get the same muffler used in the newer ATAK series for around $175

Good job! Better than some I've seen..just recently in fact lol. But you really need two hanger dampers @ center for a full exhaust set up. Specially since you don't have a Tail pipe damper/hanger. That one will most likley tear on yuh.
A full exhaust requires 3 locations and usually 4 hanger bushings.

I like the exhaust clamp idea, - better than OEM IMO. But you should re-mod, weld another hanger, install a second bushing on that one. If you need to purchase a hanger bushings, - don't go OEM unless they're polyurethane. Some sell rubber which is much much weaker.

Thanks man. I was actually thinking about using another piece of the steel I have and welding it to the hanger I just made and use the other factory hanger bushing I have just to make it stronger. It only had 3 on the factory muffler which was huge and one on the tail pipe so I'm thinking with 2 hanger bushings it will be strong enough because it's a lot lighter. You know more than I do though so if you think it needs more than 2 than I'll probably put a 3rd on it somewhere.

I thought of using the clamp just because I really hate welding under the truck expecially by the gas tank lol.

I cut all the factory hangers and bushings off my factory muffler so I've still got 3 left over

Did MOOG hubs, brake rotors and pads on both sides in about 2 1/2 hours today. Felt like that was pretty good time to be by myself lol. No more pulling at all when braking and the abs light is off too now. Also greased the idler arm

Ball joints, tie rid ends, and sway bar frame bushings are on my list to be bought not sure about idler arm and pitman arm yet.

I still have a pretty loud "clunk" or "pop" sound right when the truck comes to a stop or if on a hill and put the parking brake on and let it roll back a little it makes the sound. Any ideas on what this could be? I'm thinking maybe ball joints or the sway bar frame bushings or possibly cvs. It's definitely coming from the front end

Grease the driveshaft slip yoke. It could be ball joints.

I thought about that too. Maybe a dumb question but your talking about the front shaft right? If your talking about the front would I have to pull the shaft out and take that plastic/rubber boot off to grease it? I'm considering a drive shaft spacer for the front just because it looks a little stretched out because of the lift.

Nope talking about the rear. You dont need a spacer for the front. The shaft is plenty long enough.
