Took the trim off the outside bottom of the door. Wasn't to bad but on one side theres a line that looks like the trim rubbed trough the clear coat.

It still goes onto the crossmember. The rear crossmember for that lift is huge and right below the drain plug

I can get to the filter really easy now. The plugs not hard to get to but it's hard to catch the oil that comes out of lol

Suspension lift helps too. I can get to my filter easy as hell lol
