Oddly I have never had a problem with AP till I ordered the parts I needed a few days ago, lol. ..and we've even git a revolving order of TP and Paper towels that comes every month so you know we use Amazon a LOT.

The UCA's were labeled PRIME but after checkout the confirmation said 5-7 business days.

..but they just arrived tonight!

Yeah but those are better or worse depending on the region. Me since I'm right outside of DC I almost never have any issues at all in shipping time or delivery.

By the way, I paid $50 each for the UCA's with Prime but I could have ordered them "Used" from Amazons warehouse direct and only paid $38 ea.

From Amazons description it's parts that either the box was lost/ruined and/or returned from the purchaser. Their A-Z guarantee is still valid.

If someone's on a tight budget, that might be a great option also considering Moog's Lifetime warranty.

:Item will come repackaged.
:Item will come in original packaging. Packaging may be damaged.

Prime is 2 day shipping, some items they can't get ready right away. Kinda sucks but I live with it.

Tell them right away. You usually get compensated in some way.

its usually in the form of a delay. Stuff like that, I just get annoyed and wait. Not worth bothering amazon. But the one time I had a package just left on my moms doorstep, I was a bit pissed....

I guest so. Still, some are better than others.

I was a lil less pissed at UPS yesterday after finding out it was just the tracking lying to me, but I arranged to be called for pickup and they sent it out for delivery....another slight disappointment. Got it finally anyway haha

I usually do give them **** since I spend thousands each year between the truck, grand kids, and work. I pay for 2 day cause I need 2 day!
