I used a Spectre 3" rubber intake boot. It came with hose clamps which I used to secure it. I like how this actually looks like a truck part and not construction scrap

I like my K&N system, but I put a drop in K&N filter, removed the intake silencer, and did the Gotts mod with a 3" exhaust coupler and a 3" Spectre intake coupler, and it works nearly the same as mine. And all cost right $50 I think, and most of that was the cost of the filter lol the Gotts mod parts alone were right at $10
