It shines through. I dipped my tails to see if I liked it because someone told me the spray on tint wouldn't come off,rode around with them a few weeks and they shine.
Now that I know tint is easy to remove,I feel like a dumbass for doing it

Most places here do it but first ask if you're aware it's illegal, and then won't give a receipt for the purchase. Covers their *** if you get in trouble and tell the cops where you got it done
