He doesn't care. Boss is crap. Same with MTX thunder line and Pyle.

Kickers and RF aren't that great either. Comp's and Punch's that is. Solo-Baric's are good.

In that low to mid range I'd go with Type-R's or even S's.

Got to a stopping point on my HID retrofit:

Waiting on some paint to come so I can paint the inside of the housing. Also trying to decide if I want to de-chrome it or just scuff and prime it before I paint it.

Here is how the blacked out cutoff shield looks installed:

I am also trying to decide if I want to try to paint the little lines inside the lens Arizona beige. It would be a pain to tape it perfectly, and not sure how it would turn out.

Yes I did, why?
I was checking the clearance between the lens and shroud (maybe 2 mm of space), so I did it tight.

I was going to wait till I had everything, but I figured I could do quite a bit before I got the paint (should be coming in Monday, but won't be able to mess with it for a while).
I have the projectors tweaked and painted, shrouds trimmed and painted, housings apart and modified. Just need to paint the housings, let them dry and put it together. I may do the wiring in the truck tonight since I can put it in now and have it ready for when I am done.

You can see a sneak peek in my photo album I am making for when I do my writeup on it.

You could've taken it off your truck you know... That would've probably been better so you didn't get paint all on your radiator lol. But either way it looks good man.
