I need to rebuild my sub but I'm lacking an amp at the moment need something that can handle 2000 rms continuous across one or both channels and not be a complete power hog like my last one was. You didn't tighten the bolt for the projector down all the way did you? And looks good man. I'm gunna get some stuff ready tonight for mine then tomorrow I'm gunna tackle it all.

I was checking the clearance between the lens and shroud (maybe 2 mm of space), so I did it tight.
I was going to wait till I had everything, but I figured I could do quite a bit before I got the paint (should be coming in Monday, but won't be able to mess with it for a while).
I have the projectors tweaked and painted, shrouds trimmed and painted, housings apart and modified. Just need to paint the housings, let them dry and put it together. I may do the wiring in the truck tonight since I can put it in now and have it ready for when I am done.

You could've taken it off your truck you know... That would've probably been better so you didn't get paint all on your radiator lol. But either way it looks good man.
