I found out what was causing the knock at the LF wheel area. The Sway Bar End Link had snapped off at the upper bolt head and the entire remaining link was banging off of the sway bar.

I bought a pair of MOOG end links and replaced the broken one. Running out of light so I didn't get the passenger side done yet. Made a big difference!

Inner tie rod end and upper ball joint rubbers are looking bad, so I'm expecting to have to replace those by the end of summer as well as shocks and tires.

Common problem with these trucks. Mine did it too, at least it's an easy fix

Installation was a breeze, but hard to remove old part. Started with a hacksaw, finally cut off with sawz-all with metal cutting blade and beat with hammer.

My new headlight/turn signal lamps came in the mail today, look really sweet with Sylvania ZXE bulbs!

Thinking of picking up a new grille since I got my tax return. The one on there is cracked, and needs to be replaced. Someone at work has a billet grille on his f150, kinda looks nice. Any opinions?

Also this was last week, but tinted all my windows. The windows are a little dirty so it probably looks bubbled but it's not. The bottom left corner of the rear window I slipped up on a little and cut it short, which I'll probably fix later on.

Last two days, picked up replacement gas tank straps from the dealership for the strap recall. Also picked up three bed bolts and four clips to reinstall the bed. Three bed bolts came out ok, one twisted off and I had to cut two. Also picked up the factory front half of the brake line from the ABS to the rear axle.

Installed the brake line from the ABS to the rear axle. This installation was as factory instead of the line someone ziptied and tied with string to the outside of the frame rail, bled the brakes. Swapped the fuel pump from the bad tank to the tank we pulled out of the burned truck. Confirmed the tank from the burned truck was a replacement tank. That's why it looked so good. Installed the tank and with new straps. Replaced the fuel filter. Truck fired right up with no problem.
