Thanks man, I gotta bring all my metal fab stuff home from my grandad's or take her over there and get to work. I have a plan and I know what metal I'm using, just have to put it together. Glad dad just got a new MIG so I can get super clean welds

Yes it's very well built from what I can tell, thick thick cord, glass is thick, all the hardware like the brackets are metal, I think it's powder coated or something. It seems very tough. I don't want to test how tough lol but I think it will last.

Pretty much what FX4Project has but square tubing and heavier duty because this thing is heavy.

Nice. That will look sweet. Yeah i just picked up some angle aluminum to mount my hellas behind my grill. I didnt like how much they rattled/shook while i was driving.

You could probably just build the two brackets the mount on the inside and come up through between the grill and bumper then mount the bar on that. Idk how those bars mount. Im at work right now but when I get home ill send ya some pics of what im talking about.

I thought about that but it will look like its kind of floating or something so I'm planning to do a rectangular stock crossbar mounted the same as yours, I just looked at the thread on how he built it.
