LOL, nice. Water heaters and appliances are great for that.

For me, aside from being free... I think the biggest advantage of the cardboard vs. roller creeper is the fact you can get it all dirty and throw it away. When I used to use my Dad's roller creeper, you'd have to clean it up all the time.

I started my alarm/remote-start install last evening. No cardboard required.

There's no way I could do this for a living. Nobody would pay a decent hourly rate for as long as it takes me to do this stuff in the... ah.... meticulous manner I do.

Yea, some installers require nothing more than a butchers license. I doubt that you would fit in lol.

Looks a lot like the one I have. Mines very old though, came with the truck in 98. Made by Code Alarm.

Brew, I had one of those on my Ranger that I installed. Very good alarm.

This one says "CODE Systems" on it. I've wondered if Code Alarm changed their name? The FOBS look like a factory FOB though.

This also has the PATS interface, which I won't need to use.

Probably one in the same. I will say it's been a damn good system all these years. I use it for the car starter portion frequently. Not sure the alarm still works lol. Oh wait it works that's right, it went off on me last year trying to enter or unlock the doors by hand with the window down. Then I couldn't find my keys, almost forgot about that lol.

finally catching up and installing the downturn on the 3030SB I installed a few months ago. Love the sound...probably don't even need the downturn but want to push the gases and condensation down.

So I finally decided to fix the rear doors on my supercab. Broke one of the little yellow clamps. Nice. Those aren’t easy to find, apparently. Got two of them in case I break another one.
