My truck doesn't even fit in my garage and I bought a house on a steep incline, lol. It's why I haven't done any major tear downs.

I thought by now I'd be starting in on the engine and Suspension lift. Nope.

..can't use the backyard cause the Gophers.

Yea, I need a second story before thinking about any more lift. I've did my time on gravel drive when I was younger...looking like I was attacked by a swarm of ball peen hammers once finished.

That would work and they're reasonable flat. You could shove a blanky between the layers.

I use old shipping blankets that I acquired over the years. They're thick and absorb anything that may miss my drip pan. Comfy too...

That sounds good. I've used those Harbor Fright moving blankets on the concrete floor. Throw 3 or 4 down and as long as you squirm around to much or roll vs slide they do alright. I need get some small balloony tires for the creeper. Otherwise the creeper doesn't do me much good. Pneumatic wheels vs solid wheels for rough surfaces. I built a nice little creeper w/3" solid wheels and it's not all that versatile. The trucks usually high enough for a taller creeper set up that way, haven't attempted it yet. Have any of you guys used something like that ? Seems like it would work on all surfaces if you have the room.

The TV boxes are smooth and you can slide right across. Easy to clean off too. Wish they had them years ago.

I too am a user of the cardcardboard creeper! I leave the flaps on in the winter so they can ramp up over the snow lol.

Had a few minutes while waiting for the gf to get home so I was able to get the hole cut in the rear cross member and things prepped for welding in the receiver. Not much but every bit counts.
