Single greatest roast I've ever read on her. Bravo.

I was just cruising today and suddenly I feel a misfire. Within seconds my CEL goes on. I park and look at my ScanGauge and it shows a P0353 code. I drive home and lookup the code.

"Ignition coil c primary/secondary circuit malfunction"

So I look on the froums and people are seriously telling other people to pull their PCM connector and/or replace their PCM. Others suggested to look for kinked wires around the A/C accumulator.

So I go outside, pop the hood, push the connector down on the coil, start the truck up and it runs flawlessly haha.

It reminds me of when I looked up my symptoms of my runny nose and others were saying I'm gonna die.

All in all, I'm happy. I need to change my oil since the colder weather has made the valvetrain a tad noisy on startup for a split second.

Replaced the Fuel pressure regulator chasing down a long crank till starting issue. Did not fix it.
So now either the check valve in the fuel pump (most likely) or a stuck injector (not very likely)

I could see a steamer being a quick way also, but I don't have one of those, but I do have the heat gun.

Expecting them to do it for free is just stupid and ignorant.
As for the rest of your response, how do you know I can't do what you do for a living? You apparently can't even brag correctly, at least say what it is you do that is so great and amazing that nobody else can do.

Well Blupuffer, I'll say this I don't work in the private field, and I work for a large organization, you may know who they are and you may not. So, you go on the defense when someone post a DIY,then you change your tone when you realize you sound like a ***** ( to put it nicely). Put it this way if you don't like... TOO BAD. And I never said use a cleaning agent. Read before you respond. So,Take your ball and go home little boy.

I'm still with blupupher. You're the one bad mouthing people who are making an honest living by saying they are ripping you off. NO they are providing a service in which you choose to pay because either you don't have the time, tools, or knowledge. He was never against DIYers but you can't DIY and say people are ripping you off... it's called a business. You could grow your own food cz let me tell you grocery stores rip you off. Price gouge like crazy. You could make your own shoes, you think it takes a 4yr old sweat shop worker $150 to make that pair of nikes? Nope people choose to pay for it cause they either don't have the time, tools, or knowledge.

Edit* I always enjoy learning to do things myself but I'm not going to call someone's business a ripoff just cause I can do it myself. I helped my dad build our house, I wouldn't be caught dead calling a contractor a rip off. TRUST ME it's easy building a house.

Haha. I just got tired of seeing all the useless bullsh-t. There's no need for it, it's not getting anyone anywhere either. All it's doing is cluttering up the place.

If they wanna keep going at it, there's a private messaging system for a reason.

anyway I recleared my headlights a few days ago and cleaned the inside with rubbing alcohol ( so there's no water spots ) but I couldn't get the app to work. They seem to light up the road a tad better up close now. ( low beam without fogs in the pictures )

I work at a tint shop for a couple of years as a 2nd job and the reason they charge so much is due to the older tints taking aaaalllllll ddddaaaaayyyyy to remove. Mainly that purple crap (faded tint) they used to have. It would come off in little slivers and smelled aweful.

Fwiw we would use soapy water, razor blades and 0000 steel wool.
