oh yeah been wanting to do it for years now, finally was able to. And I'm really glad I'm able to do it myself because the front pass hub needs replacing and some small stuff a shop probably wouldn't bother doing.

That's exactly right, no one will be as thorough as yourself with your ride. Sometimes they might say well you need this and need that, but trusting that can be a big issue. If you have that ability, confidence and are slow enough (had to put that in there) to do good work yourself, the payoff can be priceless.
