Think if I use the non foulers it may stop it? Maybe the hollow cat was causing it before and no rear cat causing it now?

Yes it should fix it. My cats went bad and it started doing that(not as extreme as that), so I had them cut off, then I did the mod and the code cleared up and has only came back once and it was like 10 degrees when it did lol I just let it warm back up and reset the battery and it hasn't done it since.
