When to the local pit and did some wheelin with a friend. Beat on blackie pretty hard, few more dents and trashed another cv. I'll post carnage pics tomorrow after closer inspection in the daylight.

Haha another cv? How much to replace the whole cv? I've got both inner boots ripped.

Me too lol I think they're around $250 in all the parts

Depends, OE are big $$$, Local reman stuff is around 75$ with a lifetime replacement warranty. Reboot kits are 20$ local and round 10$ from rock auto. There are stupid simple to take apart. I usually polish/debur the cages and races. Stops clicking and reduces binding, friction.

So you think I should replace the boots? Or wait till the axles go and replace with reman. And I'm doing napa remans with ford part numbers.

Mine being factory and having salt blasted into them for the last month or so I'm just going to get the full axles and swap.
