Removed the hideous factory running boards from my 03 screw and turned up the tbars just a touch to firm up the front suspension a bit and ad a inch of lift.
I also installed a wiper motor that works!
This week I'll do the rear axle seals and service the rear diff.

Leveled it out a bit more, took off the running boards. Put it in road trip trim.

Found out what the heck has been popping/binding under the truck since I bought it although I have no Idea what's wrong.

I went under the truck and touched the Transfer case and it popped and moved. It happened so fast and so minute, I have no idea if it moved up, down or front to back. :0/

Hey y'all, I am new to the forum, I just downloaded the app. I have a few questions. I bought a 2000 2wd f-150 last December. It's a 5.4 v-8 lariat. Everything is stock, standard bed. It's a 4 door. I'm wanting to put some new wheels and tires on it as well as a new exhaust, I'm also putting a 3 inch suspension lift on it. My question is, is what size wheel do I need, as well as tire? Thanks

Tire wheel and tire size is completely up to you. Start here.

Oh okay. I was told that they would have to be a certain size with the lift kit I'll be getting.

It all depends on what you want. 33's fit under it stock with no lift, 35s fit with just turning the Torsion keys. (doesn't apply to you since your'e 2wd.) 37's fit with any body lift. ..and so on.

Just make sure the wheels are made for your truck; 97-03 F150 2wd and you should be golden.

33s are probably pushing it for a leveled 2wd.

33s do not fit a stock 2wd I had one and 31s are all you can cram in there with no lift, rubbing, or trimming

What type of lift are you getting a spacer or a spindle because the spindle may require a certain size while the spacer wouldn't but I wouldn't recommend a 3" spacer
