I actually have a programmer, after I installed my cold airin-take. If you want the brand and type, I can let you know... but only if you are interested. It definitely gave me an additional 10-20hp on top of what I got from the my exhaust and cold air.

Stickers. Certainly. Also CAI. With them it seems the more it costs the more HP you gain. And a whip. 7+ feet. Under 7 doesn't do much for HP gains. And throttle body spacer. Its necessary with a CAI. And cut the cats off. More air in needs more air out.
If you do all them, you better hold on tight when you tap the gas cause you'll be fishtailing all over the road.
