Default Want to go lower...

I have a 2003 XLT Supercrew. I have recently lowered the rear by 4", using shackles and hangers. I lowered the front by 2", using lowering spindles.

I want to go 1" lower in the front and the rear... Im about to order 1" lowering coils for the front, but i dont know how to lower the back one more inch. Any suggestions. I am running 22's on the truck. I really dont want to do a flip kit, due to the time and money i have already put in the rear.

Take 1 leaf spring out of each side of your rear. The 3rd one down from the top should get you where you want to be.

and 2" in coil in the front.

well, i dont have to do anything with my leaf springs. theres a company JLP that makes a 4" rear shackle... it will lower the truck a true 3", and with the 2" hangers, that the 5 i was looking for....
