Very little heat

Yes, the blower motor works really well, I replaced it in June

Get an el-cheapo meat thermometer and get a vent temp with the fan in all settings
The lower the fan speed the higher the temp expected

Just an update, when I am driving the heat is not very good. Also, while the truck is moving I feel a lot of cold air coming from the heater box where I cut it open.

First of all if you feel comfortable that the blend door is not the problem get some ac duct seal tape and seal the plenum where you cut it. With that being open nothing will work right.

I would double and triple check the blend door operation before you seal plenum.
