Default Which Valve Cover Gasket ???

I have a 97 F-150 with leaky valve covers. I need to replace the gaskets but I'm not really sure which ones I need. O'reilly's has three different styles.
VS50377R - gaskets with seperate grommets - http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...yword=vs50377r

VS50377R1 - gaskets with no grommets - http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...word=vs50377r1

VS50481R - gaskets with built-in grommets - http://www.oreillyauto.com/site/c/de...yword=vs50481r

Can someone please help me understand which I need and why?

Why don't you take your valve cover off, clean it up and take it with you to the parts store.

I live 30 miles from the nearest parts store so I'd really prefer to have everything I need before I get started.
