Default Turn Signal/Multi-switch

Turn signals only "blink" randomly, but always come on. If I shake the handle everything is fine, but it's annoying. Is there any way to tell if it's the blinker fuse or a bulb, or just start replacing stuff until it works?

Does anyone have a link or advice as to the best place to purchase a multi-switch, or a part number?

If 'shaking' the handle changes the result I doubt it's the fuse, flasher relay or bulbs.lol. However - checking/replacing those takes all of 5 minutes to confirm/eliminate and is inexpensive - if you insist. I suspect the MFS myself.

For a new MFS, try TascaParts.com, Fordparts.com

First check the wiring harness at the top of the multi function switch. The wires often pull out of the harness.

Thanks Allinon, it's frustrating because it works fairly often, just craps out intermittently.
