towing with clutch pack problem
2003 F-150 4x4 S-cab 5.4
I have the known problem of needing the differential clutch pack replaced, due to the shudder not going away after replacing the fluid with Mobil 1 synthetic (note: it improved the problem but didn't solve it).
My question is, will I do damage, or have issues, towing my other car about 250 miles? I have only had the truck about a month, and haven't towed or hauled anything over a few hundred pounds. Knowing that I need the clutch pack replaced, am I going to mess something up by towing my car on a U-haul dolly when I move this coming weekend?
