I know what was ford thinking making everthing so hard to swap? And thanks for info.

That's actually why they were so unprofitable. Too many parts for the same line of vehicles. Adds extra cost where they don't need to be. Ex. Ford had over 40 window regulators for all their vehicles. Toyota has 2

No I dont, I posted on his profile a while ago with no response. He must not use it anymore. But he didnt have a how to or anything. All you need to do is get the new bolts to go through so you need to drill a hole or two, wire it up with a new connector, and shave down the mount so it fits how you want. I was thinking about doing it, but the more I look at it, the more I wonder if it really goes with our trucks? And for $200-300 I dont know if I want to risk it. Here is another pic of it though...

Dang, I wonder how they look head on. I do like them better then the ebay ones because theses don't appear to slant up. Although theses do look kinda big and bulky
