Thanks for all the help so far. I am still hesitant as of what to do. I love the tow mirrors for the screw but absolutely hate the tow mirrors that resemble the gm or Chevy tow mirrors. If I got the mirrors that worked for the screw would I just need to trim bolts or would I need to cut the plastic boot that connects to the truck?

These are garbage quality and anything else you can think of. Save your money for something else.

You could go full custom with a set of real Ford mirrors, or if you aren't looking to spend at least a grand on that you could go to autozone and buy a set of 2" round convex stick on mirrors and put them on your factory ones. That's what I use and it works great. Not many options for our trucks.

I have the stick ons now. Put them on all my vehicles. I've got the stock set with the integrated signals now...was just looking at options.
