Default Tire Question

I have a 2002 Supercrew 4X4. I was wondering if i could fit a 285/75/16 on my truck with the stock suspension. I know i have to re program the computer for the speedometer to be correct, But will this size fit without rubbing??

I put 275/16's on my '97 (see avatar), and all is well. My mechanic (a devout Ford man) says 285/16's will fit, but I'm not due for new tires until the end of this summer (so basically, I'm no help at all). If you get them, please (oh please) post pics and opinion. They will be much appreciated. Good Luck!

Mine is a 97' and I had 285's on it with no problem. Then I got 295's and they rubbed just a little bit when you turned the wheel all the way but was not rely noticable.
