The cab bolts will all come out, I wouldn't worry about those... The bed bolts, if needed, grind/drill the head off then go under and cut the clip nut (just the thin part that clips onto the frame rail) and they'll fall right out... If you think a bolt can stop you from doing a project, you should probably have someone on hand that isn't scared to cut something the eff in half
