ive been tring too find out what size of TB comes stock on my truck and havent had any luck. anyone know? 02 5.4...

based on the summit racing website it is an 80mm throttle body

on the 02's?thought it was 75mm? but is that measurement at the butterfly or throat opening?

To be honest with you, I have no idea, I have an 03 and I was looking at being a throttle body on mine and on summit racing's website they have an 80 mm that fits my truck and I know that 02 and 03 are the same because I work at ford and I matched the part numbers and they are the same for the oem throttle body. You might want to email summit, they could probably answer that question for you.

the 97-03 take the 75mm BBK throttle body so im not sure where you are seeing 80mm for it

If you read the entire post I wrote that the info I found was on summit racing, they have both a 75mm and an 80mm that fit 97-03.

i did read it and summit does not have a 80mm that fits 97-03 if they did i would have already bought it
