Hadn't put the snow thrower on the tractor yet. It's going to be one of those last minute things.

Well damn. It snowed again today, about 2 inches. At least the cross country skiers will have a great time this weekend. That is if it doesn't freeze their butts off. lol. It is suppose to be as low as 4 on Saturday, during the day, but wind chill might be a real pain. The weather girl tonight said -25 wind chill. Fairbanks is suppose to be -40 tonight. -9 tomorrow during the day. Skies clearing and sunny. It would be time to take out the drone and go take some pictures, if it was warmer. Maybe next week. It's fun to watch the foxes and moose from the drone's view.

I pity the central northern states in about 4-7 days. This is going to go their way, supposedly. Oh well, share and share alike. I'm glad that it is just for 3 days here. lol

The Lynx love the new snow. They haven't seen any in quite a while. Thanks to Lindsey Kay Fuglestad for the picture.

Good Saturday morning thinkers!- hope everybodys weekend goes well!- its another fruitful work day!- we're running a new 2"-150# steam line for the steam heaters out to the woodyard- it would be nice if we can get it run before it gets real cold- thankfully there isnt much exposed water pipes out there.

Pray for me my friends... I've got a neighbor from hell that is a loose canon, and I am putting up a plywood fence (all I've got funds for right now) between us today. He is always yelling and calling us names, and the police said they can't do a thing about due to "freedom of speech". So, I am doing this to block his view of our yard. He went off on my Wife yesterday while I was at work, and I can't have that.

This has taken a great deal of self control for me. In my younger years, I would have gone over there and handled it less than diplomatically. It really pisses me off that he can be such a jerk and I can't do a thing about it.

I've got a feeling there's going to be more fireworks today.

Is he mental ? Any children in the area ? If it's a public disturbance...

How clean is his yard ? Make sure you CAN put up a privacy fence. You may need a permit specially on an easement.

Btw- The police can do something, they can talk with him.

Mental? Somewhat. He knows what he is doing though. He's competent enough to know where the boundaries are of what he can get away with. I've been putting up with him for 12 years, but he's gotten much worse in the past 2 years. My neighbors on the other side of him are an elderly couple, and he's always giving them the business (even more so). He puts up signs in the windows with messages on them (to the other neighbor, not me). He also got away with spraying the other neighbor with the hose while he was using a table saw because 11 am was too early to be hearing that. And my children are in the area, and several others.

If the fence is illegal, that's fine. But I'll wait for the county to come tell me. Then I'll put up what is legal. I seriously doubt I'll hear a word from the county though. Right now it's getting wire tied to my chain link fence. I don't need him looking over here anymore.

I can't wait to move.
