Default Take off airbag covers?

So I want to take off the plates that over the airbags, both on the steering wheel, and the dash on the passenger side. Anyone know how to do this? I was figuring just pull on them, but I can't get a grip on the one on the dash, and the one on the steering wheel I am afraid it will deploy on me.

I'm getting into hydro graphics, so I am contemplating the idea of making my interior different than everyone else's.

You'll have to remove the entire airbag assembly. Take the proper precautions and remove the 2 screws from the rear. The cover / skin is riveted to the airbag.
