Question Sylvania zXe headlights

I bought a set of them for my 2002 F-150 today.

Anyone ever use them?

Pro's/cons?

Are they blueish in color, like 6-10k HID's? I can't find anything other than that...

I have not tried them in the dark yet. I will go out when it quits raining, and try them.

Put them in while in the garage, and they "appeared" to be whiter than the oem's.

I hope they are a improvement, especially for what they cost.

Even though I work part time for a parts store, and get a decent discount, they were expensive IMO.

Just ordered a set yesterday...from all the reviews I've read, they are supposed to be pure white, in the 4000-4200k range.

They have a hefty price tag on them, you'll have to update us when it gets dark and post how well they provide from your headlight housing. Do you have aftermarket headlights?

A Co-Working was looking to upgrade his headlight bulbs. He just so happen to order these. A few days later he just so happen to be behind me while pulling into works parking lot. I instantly noticed them. They were much bright had a slight very slight blueish tint to them but much more white than blue. If I had halogen heads that would be my go to bulb!

Thumbs up

I just drove the truck. I'd say about a 50% difference in color. MUCH better than the OEM's !!!!!!

I wonder how they last ??

Durability seems to be mixed...as with the regular silver stars.
