Probably just so the offsets work a little better up front.
That's also illegal btw. If a cop see's that and wants to be a dick, he can make you change them. All 4 tires need to be the same on a street vehicle after like 1970 something.
Watch your gearing with 35's too, might not like the drop in power you get, unless you're re-gearing it too.

I just installed my RCD lift. I have a supercrew and was supposed to only get 4". I got 4 1/2" after setting the torsion keys back to stock. I'm really happy with the lift and the ride quality. I may also do a 3" BL later. $1500 for the lift and $200 for the BL for a total 7" is a good deal.

haha its all that for sale used right now, i can get those for $350, and my truck needs tires bad... i kinda have a lead foot.

I didn't know that... and the tires aren't dot rated either, there used Dirt tires from one of the trucks that races at the Bark River Off-roads.(http://www.barkriveroffroad.com/)

I don't know if anyone noticed this, but that lift kit is for a ford sport trac. Correct me if I'm wrong and you won't because I'm not, but a sport trac is an explorer.
