Default SuperCrew under seat sub enclosure.

Has anyone ever achieved good deep low bass out of the under the seat sub enclosures? I've been doing extensive research, trying to find the right Sub combination but without any first hand hearing exposure i wont know until i cough up the money, so If anyone out there can shed some knowledge about their experiences with these sub enclosures it would be greatly appreciated.

Pics also, would help. Thanks in advance.

I've got 2 10" subs under the back seat of my ext cab and I think it sounds pretty good. It's not crazy loud but it sounds good

I do too,but with my 10" cvts and only a 500 watt amp I have lots of bass! I only listen to country and managed tto bust my seal on the windshield. My brother inlaw has the same set up and his hits hard too. He also listens to rap and when he cranks it up it sounds like some good 12s.

i owned a super cab before, a 99 to be exact, had 2 planet audio 10's and a decent amp and those thumped, but my question was for the SUPERCREW. it's very limited to what you can put under the rear seat, i know that sealed enclosure are good for tight punchy bass, but i want the low low tones. and have yet to see a ported box underneath there. none of the boxes i've seen are ported, all sealed. i guess no one has ever attempted a ported box under the rear seat of a supercrew.

they lay down too much. I'd put it under a front seat or in the storage behind the rear seats

I got a box with 2 10"s behind the seat. I like that i can still fold the seats down unlike with the under-seat option

Im in the stages of building my own box, it will be like the SCAB boxes where the seats just drops down onto the box, the subs will be forward firing and be tucked in a little under the seat to avoid any damage from passengers. due to space i can only fit 8's but im going with 4 of those, so it should equal to 2 10. I'll keep every updated on the build, only thing that sucks is the price of these Jl 8w3v3. they are about 150 apiece, so im going to go with 2 for now, and chamber the box off for those 2, and the way im designing the box i can add 2 more later. the box will require me to remove the leg supports of the rear seats. but im hoping, with my box design, that i will still be able to fold the seats down a bit, because thats where the amps will be located, on the back wall.
