What I am saying is the stock 86-93 Throttle bodies on a 5.0 are bigger and I have an extra one laying around. Its alot bigger then the stock one on my 4.2 Do you think it all will hook up?

well...sounds like it would (if it would fit), it would run extremly lean. take measurements and look on google for specs.

why lean. isnt it bigger I think there 60mm and I know that small *** thing is bigger then a 55mm.

a bigger TB would mean more o2. but i guess it would also inject more fuel if you set it up right..

Im looking at pics now mine has a big plug which I dont think the 5.0 has

it wont scratch the surface. the o2 meters air leaving the engine, not entering, that is done at the maf, which is no where near the throttle body. the engine is only as efficient as the intake manifold and heads are.

02 as in oxygen- its chemistry, but i dont know how to put the 2 as a subscript. and yes i do know the 02 sensors...

your response is mutually exclusive to my statement. the EEC in pre-04 EEC-V processors is not near sensitive to changes as the newer silveroak processor. furthermore, the power difference will be minimal at best.
