'00 4.2 truck starts fine when cold but after it gets hot it takes 2-3 times to start. Letting the injectors prime seems to help a little so im wondering if its a fuel issue. Or what else could it be?

Fuel pumps generally show they are starting to fail at operating temperature. I would check the pressure at the rail on a warm start and see if it take time for the pump to get above 30psi
