Mine ended up being the TCC. On the advice of a mechanic friend I bought a can of TransClean? at NAPA and added it to the trans. Took about a week or so and R started behaving. After a few more days D also started behaving itself as well. They sell it in Pint and Quart cans. Would recommend the Qt can. Has been a couple months with no further problems.

Do you remember what brand it was? Did you just add it or do a tranny fluid change? Also did your truck stall all the time in gear whether hot or cold? Thanks
