Sputters when backing out of garage

Sputters when backing out of garage
inherited a 98 f-150 1/2 ton 4.6L from dad 
decent lil truck no complaints with a hand me down cept dad did nothing to maintain so ive been flushing fluids and replacing parts recently replaced plugs and wires truck has 127k on it ive had it for only a couple weeks but the past couple of mornings when backing out of the driveway the truck has been sputterin pretty bad only in reverse any ideas? thought about replacin my coil packs with msd ones or oems?
