Default Spring wrap

I notice when I stop I get this bouncy feeling in the truck. I looked at the rear leafs where they go into the front spring perch and they seem to be wrapped. theres acctually a small space between the top leaf and the second leaf down. Is there any way to fix spring wrap? or prevent it next time? I know using lift blocks make it prone to happen and ive got 4" blocks as of now.

Traction bars is the only way using stock leafs. I even have experienced this with stock leaf packs.
