Default Spark plug- what is the cause

Anyone know what causes this on a spark plug. It has 350 miles. It just does not look normal to me.

Looks like its been a little hot. What kind of plug is it? If its a NGK/Denso Iridium it looks about normal to me.

Never run hot. New reman engine with 350 miles. It is a ngk tr55ix i believe is the part number. I did some research and looks like lead fouling. Caused by to much lead additive in gasoline. I have never seen lead fouling in a non carb. engine.
