Yea, 03's were all beleived to have 8-9 threads. But it was proved incorrect across different forums. Guys kept getting 03 150 engines with the 5 thread heads.

One thing you mention is changing the o-rings on the injector plugs, but when I lost one (I found it later in the manifold valley) I could not find the part number or where to get them besides a dealer.
Any idea?

Thanks on both counts.

I don't need the part number now, but would be good to have for future reference for others.

Sorry, I was referring to the red square "o-rings" that are on the injector electrical plug, not the ones on the injector itself.

Oh, yea I didnt have to replace any of them. They just keep a gunk from the terminals.

Actually those are silicon gaskets. Not really an O-ring, (Rectangular) very easy to get from the yard. They practically fall out of the connectors. Probably why you need one lol. Think they're called weatherpack or weathertite connector gaskets. They are for EV-1 injector harness connectors.
