Default Spark plug for 02 5.4L

I searched the forum about this question, but couldn't find an answer. I have read of many problems with two piece plugs on F150 5.4 engines, and am wondering if my '02 has that potential problem.

Here is a site I found with some information:

http://www.truckforum.org/forums/for...150-5-4-a.html

My truck has 52k miles, almost like new, and I want to take care of it. I think it has the coil over plugs? Not sure, but does that mean it has no coil? Or, just each plug has its own coil? How hard is it to replace the plugs on the '02 5.4? A lot of questions... but thanks.

I'm not sure on the difficulty of changing the plugs on the 5.4, but I have heard of them seizing in the heads, or stripping the threads out. If you do change them make sure you put anti-seize on the threads. I just changed two of the coils and all the plugs on my 02 4.6, I put a good amount of anti-seize on the plugs and lots of dielectric grease on everything.

As for the coils, each plug has its own coil.
