Default sluggish acceleration

a few weeks ago i noticed that my truck was idling rough and my check engine light came on. i took it to autozone to have them read it and they said that my cylinder three was misfiring and that i should replace my plugs. i replaced the plugs with bosch premium plugs and the engine is idling great now, but now whenever i give it gas, the truck feels like it doesnt want to go and i times it when im cruising it starts to shake and the check engine light will come on for a few days and then go off. i havent had time to stop by autozone yet to get the codes, but any input would be much appreciated.

Had the same problem in my 99 and now I'm getting it in my 01. In my 99 I just gave it a full tune up and she ran like new again. Ill probably do the same on my 01

yeah these trucks like oem plugs for sure - one thing may be to check the gap on the plugs - not sure if the regular bosch are gapped correctly out of the package?

well i took it to autozone today and they said it was a cylinder 4 misfire, so i bought new ignition wires hoping maybe this will be it. and supposedly the plugs were spaced right out of the package but im probably gonna check em anyways. thanks for the input.

well im stuck again. i replaced all the egnition wires, checked the plugs, and replaced one of my coils, and the truck is running better. but when i stop it from either a dead stop or anything less than 45 mph the truck will rev up like its gonna go, but then its like no power gets to the back wheels. after 45 mph i can stomp it and it will take off like it should. the check engine light recently came back on and it said that i have a misfire on cylinder four still. would that be whats causing the hesitation now. other than that the stuttering and rough idle have stopped.
