My 03 has nothing like that, so I hope they did change that. That would suck to crack your doorskin

Yes, mine will eventually get stuck 2/3's of the way up and kick the relay within a week if I don't use it. The relay resets right away so that's not a problem. It's never has been stuck to the point where I couldn't work it loose with the switch. Yea, PITA, - I'll take another shot at figuring it out soon and post my findings. It has to be the track or runners in my case.

Btw- it works like new after hitting it with lubricant at first...just doesn't last.

It does. I was going to tack the crack at the end for a stop, but the crack isn't getting any larger.

Today I tried looking at the track it appears fine but I tried pushing it around in different directions with no luck of working better. I changed the 30 amp fuse to a 50 amp and still no luck. Also tried a different motor with no better results and I did use quite a bit of WD-40 still no luck. The window goes down fine at normal speed for about 5 inches then stops, after holding the button down for three seconds it begins to go down very slow once it gets about half way it goes down great at normal speed. Coming back up about half way it stops and I have to push up on the bottom of the glass and once it gets about 5 inches from the top it moves fine on its own. Should I change the tracking or maybe the window regulator?

Ah it's too difficult to instruct, but I'd try putting pressure on different areas with a block of wood or whatnot if possible. Hard to work inside the door. Perhaps if you work the window you will see what side it's favoring or catching on..know what I mean.

I noticed when the window is coming up when it stops the window appears to shift left, the right side comes up farther then the left side putting it at an angle

And bend on the inside. Once bent the window channel wears through that lining or coating. It doesn't take much of a bend to jam theses things up. Anyway, that's as far as I got.
Changing my window track/ channel today look what I found bud.
