Default subwoofer sound with moonroof open along with rear slider

my 03 Screw Has the Moonroof and the sliding rear window and when i'm around 45 mph with them both open it sounds like a Subwoofer blasting. I do have a soft bed cover and i have driven it with the slider and moonroof open with the cover completely taken off and it still makes the noise is this normal?

Yea.

Lots of vehicles make a low pounding sound when going highway speeds with windows or sunroof open.

Common issue. Try also cracking a rear window about 1 inch, should stop it.
It is all about airflow and such.

That tiny spoiler that pops up when the sunroof is opened all the way. Put your hand on it and I bet it stops.

it does it when opened completely. What would be the difference between an inch and all the way?

Yup.

It just has to do with aerodynamics and how the air flows. Opening it up just a little more can make a big difference in the buffeting you hear.
